We keep all parts in stock. That means if you break it, we can fix it.

We will rebuild your controller.

We will ask you to return the control unit for repair and repair it for you.
You pay shipping to get it here in Florida.

We will disassemble it, test it and fix it:
Usually that means Locate the burnt part and replace it.
That can be just a mosfet and a thermal switch or it can end up as replace the main board + Replace the display board + Replace the thermal overload switch. 

What we do not fix is appearance :
Things like scratches, paint and marks on the outside of the housing or the outside of the power cord are not fixed.

This is a one time only repair: 
We will only do this for our honest customers who work with us.
The object is to isolate the cause so it does not happen again.
Note: the cause is usually abuse or faulty design by the customer.
This service is $45 and we will ship it back to you at no additional cost.

We will inspect for warranty defect causes:
If it is found to be a warranty issue, we will fix it for free but only during the actual warranty period.

Note: We can look up your purchase/warranty if purchased direct. If you purchased on eBay we will need more information to find it.
