Replacement main board for our servo motor systems.
These are built for The Custom Crafter Brand systems.
It may also work on many brand X systems as a replacement Industrial Servo Motor
Control board.

Always ask us before you order and please send images. This will save you and us lots of grief
dealing with non refundable returns.

Printed instructions are no longer included.

This is our new 2023 Main board.
Rest assured the 2022 boards are backwards compatible but you will have to remove the board from
the current style aluminum plate and install it on your old plate. This requires thermal paste not included

Our improved main board replaces the current control board used in all our servo motor systems.

Does not fit direct drive sewing machine motors, see below:

Fits all our 550 watt + 750 watt + 900 watt + 1000 watt and our 1500 watt industrial servo motors.
Also replaces the early version board seen in images.

These are new and upgraded factory original units.
Now you can buy one if yours is burnt out due to jamming the motor and/or spiking the control unit.
Please note: For those savy with solid state, we have super mosfits and other componets you can solder in.

About shorting the speed control switch/wires:
If you short the speed control switch (pot or hall effect) wires, you will likely not only smoke the main board, you will also likely smoke the digital display board. That is why we include it with the main board. Often times shorting this will even burn out a hall effect sensor inside the motor it's self.
If you are unsure, the best result is to contact us, describe the issues and send it in for repair.

Does not fit any other system that is not an exact match to the PCB's and control unit seen in the above images.
Does not fit direct drive sewing machine motors.

Does not fit or work with:
  • Sewtco Industrial Sewing Machine Servo Motors.
  • Eagle 750 Sewing Machine motors
  • Consew Systems.
  • Any other brand not listed here.
May not fit or work with:
  • Vevor: Vevor is not the sewing servo motor manufacturer of this type of servo motor. They are a
massive warehouse importer. Some of their parts are very close to some of ours. That is why
some people have been able to repair their machines with our parts. Still we make no promise as
to the suitability of our parts to fix a machine with the Vevor brand name.
  • Mophorn: Some of their parts are very close to some of ours. That is why some people have been able to
repair their machines with our parts. Still we make no promise as to the suitability of our parts to fix a machine with the Mophorn brand name.
  • Any other brand: Some of their parts look like The Custom Crafter parts. That is why some people have been able to repair their machines with our parts. Still we make no promise as to the suitability of our parts to fix any machine with any brand name other than The Custom Crafter brand name.
  • The only way we will back our parts installed in your non Custom Crafter system is if you send in your system and have us install our parts and test it to confirm it is fixed correctly. Send images of your system first and discuss the repair. All parts must be purchased through eBay after we check your system.

Use at your own risk. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of this item only.

Have questions? Just ask before you buy and plan on sending images with your questions.

  • Programming is required:
This board fits 12 different types of industrial servo motor systems. That means it has to be programmed (parameters set) for your particular system during the install and at first power up.
To set the parameter for your system:
Click this link for on line guide.

Failure to properly set the parameters will cause motor damage, void all warranty's and could cause serious bodily injury even death.
This is because programming wrong or not programming at all can cause the motor to run at speeds of 5,000
+ RPM's and basically fly apart throwing pieces at high speed (explode)!

Also any incorrect setting that does not damage the motor will degrade the motors performance. Thinking that
choosing a higher watt motor than you have will increase power is false. This is because this setting is telling
the computer how many poles (magnets) the motor has + the positions of the hall effect sensors and how many there are. It does not apply more power, it correctly
engages the magnetic fields in relation to the position of the
    armature.
