& Returns

Shipping Policy

We usually ship USPS.
Our four basic levels are:

  • First class.

  • Small flat rate box or padded envelope.

  • Medium flat rate box.

  • Large flat rate box.

We will attempt to combine multiple products ordered into one package and issue a partial refund if possible.
Flat rate shipping is insured. First class is now insured as well.

  • Your states taxes and or fees:

Your states taxes and or fees:

We are located in Florida and its just me and my wife.
(No Employees)
We are only required to collect sales tax in Florida.

 

All other states:

  • All sales tax your state collects is your responsibility to report and pay.

  • All environmental fees your state collects are your responsibility to pay,
     

We are not required to report sales to your state. Therefore we do not. However in certain states like Ca.
If you are buying on line, they expect you to report it and pay their taxes and fees.

Return Policy

Basic 30 Day Return Policy:
 Certain items are not returnable (See listings). Items costing less than $15 each are not returnable.

  • No reason is required.

  • Buyer pays return shipping.

  • Buyer provides tracking number that shows the item is in possession of the return shipping company before the 30 day time period runs out.

  • 30 day time period starts when tracking shows original order as in possession of USPS.

  • Buyer to provide tracking # and shipping company name to be e mailed to servomotorkit@gmail.com within 36 hours of when issued.

  • Return must be shipped through USPS, UPS or FedEx.


Defective products are always returnable or refundable but will require documentation.

See warranty time limits as they are directly related to if a product qualify's as defective.

Shipping costs:
Shipping is only refunded on defective products. You are required to provide proper documentation of said defect.

 

Shipping is not refundable simply because you changed your mind or the product does not fit. It is your responsibility to look up and or measure to insure proper fit and suitability for your intended use. If you are not sure, ask us. If we say it fits in an e-mail or text message and it does not; than we pay the shipping instead of you.


All items returned must be in like new and unused condition:
This includes original packaging.

  • Missing packaging will result in a restocking charge of up to 10%

  • Installed items will not be refunded or charged up to 50% to restore and sell as a refurbished unit.

  • Swapping out parts will result in no refunds, all warranty's voided and no new orders accepted.
    Try honesty instead, we will be happy to assist and find a solution that keeps both of us happy.

 

Providing inaccurate address or unsafe address:
This is a costly mistake and it is the buyers fault.

  • If your package disappears after being marked as delivered. This is usually due to theft.
    Like package pirates etc. It is your responsibility to secure your location.
    Report loses to your local police. We will not issue a refund and neither will the shipping company.

  • If the shipper asks you to pick up your package at their location and you do not go and pick it up, they may ship it back or even throw it away. We will not refund shipping. We will not refund any loss you caused. If we actually retrieve the package, We will charge for all losses you have caused. That includes shipping both ways + a 10% to 100% restocking fee due to damages caused by your actions and or neglect to act on good faith. 

Rejecting the package when it arrives:

  • You will not be refunded for shipping.

  • If we pay for return shipping, it will be deducted from your refund.

  • If the package is lost or damaged on the way back to us, the loss was caused by you. We will deduct this loss from your refund if any.
