This allows fitting your existing 5/8" bore with 3/16 key to our motor.
Universal Side Mounting Plate. Allows up to 1" travel to align belt and 2 inch slots for tensioning belt or fitting to existing holes.

Sold with a custom built 2024 matching control unit with reverse on the fly.

Specifically designed for those converting/upgrading their old time lathes and drill press's From inferior induction motors to modern design servo motors.Universal fit motor mount allows for easy adaption to fit many old fashioned lathes and drill press's. Note: Custom bolt hole patterns have minimum order requirements.

Runs on typical 110 to 120 volt AC household power supply's

Motor programming + spindle speeds and Reverse:

The motor speed can be programmed to operate in any range chosen by the user in 10 rpm increments. Between 200 and 3,500 RPM's.
The full range of speed (RPM's) can also be controlled with just the speed control knob.
Reverse is simple, just press the blue button.
Programming includes the ability to set bottom and top RPM range separately. In other words you can program the system to run the spindle at any speed or range of speeds you choose (see below). Slowest speed achievable: Motor 200 RPM. (Below 300 is not recommended).
Highest speed: 3,500 RPM. Setting above 3,500 RPM also voids warranty (Not possible with software version 44).
Soft start is programmable and will be set low when you receive this motor.
Braking strength is also programmable.
Power went out safety program. The speed control knob must be in the full counter clockwise (stop) position when turned on after a power failure. When turned on the self diagnostic system checks for faults and will not allow the motor to turn on until the speed control knob is turned all the way to stop first.
Cannot be programmed to communicate with any CNC controller at this time.

See details, what's covered and for how long etc below. Shipping both ways for all parts returned for warranty is the buyers responsibility. Parts returned will be inspected for unique identification mark and or abuse. If found to be abuse or missing the identity mark, no warranty exchange part will be provided and buyer will be required to pay shipping to get their parts back. Warranty exchange parts may or may not be new but instead refurbished or demos that I have from previous builds. Warranty starts on the day our records show the system as paid and not the date the item is actually received.

Servo Motor. - I will exchange a defective servo motor for up to 180 days. Buyer must return the motor + the control unit + the speed control switch for inspection and testing. Additionally original packaging such as Styrofoam package inserts must be used to return these parts.

Computer control unit. - I will exchange a defective control unit PCB for up to 90 days. Buyer must return the motor + the control unit + the speed control switch for inspection and testing. Additionally original packaging such as Styrofoam package inserts must be used to return these parts.

Improper instalation or abusive operation is not warrenty.
Certain items are not returnable (See listings). Items costing less than $15 each are not returnable.

No reason is required.

Buyer pays return shipping.

Buyer provides tracking number that shows the item is in possession of the return shipping company before the 30 day time period runs out.

30 day time period starts when tracking shows original order as in possession of USPS.

Buyer to provide tracking # and shipping company name to be e mailed to servomotorkit@gmail.com within 36 hours of when issued.

Return must be shipped through USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Defective products are always returnable or refundable but will require documentation. See warranty time limits as they are directly related to if a product qualify's as defective. Shipping is always refunded on defective products. You are required to provide proper documentation of said defect.

Shipping is not refundable simply because you changed your mind or the product does not fit. It is your responsibility to look up and or measure to insure proper fit and suitability for your intended use. If you are not sure, ask us. If we say it fits in an e-mail or text message and it does not; than we pay the shipping instead of you.

All items returned must be in like new and unused condition:
This includes original packaging.

Missing packaging will result in a restocking charge of up to 10%

Installed items will not be refunded or charged up to 50% to restore and resell as a refurbished unit.

Swapping out parts will result in no refunds, all warranty's voided and no new orders accepted.
