We still recommend placing the controller on the wall above and behind but some don't have that option.
Includes 2024 stand alone Driver with reverse on the fly and rotary speed control switch.

Welded Motor Mount:
Makes fitting our motor to a Grizzly G-4,000 possible with just nuts and bolts.
Allows for horizontal adjustment to align belt.
Allows for 1" vertical travel to tighten belt.

Comes with 12L050 and 20L050 toothed pulleys and matching belt.
These timing pulleys are custom made to fit our motor to a Grizzly G-4,000

We have US version, Metric version, Toothed version, Multi Rib version and Custom made available.
Cost depends on difficulty and possibility of additional sales to others owning the same machine.

Motor programming + spindle speeds and Reverse:

The motor speed can be programmed to operate in any range chosen by the user between 200 and 3,500 RPM's.
The full range of speed (RPM's) can also be controlled with just the speed control knob.
Reverse is simple, just press the blue button.
Programming includes the ability to set bottom and top RPM range separately. In other words you can program the system to run the spindle at any speed or range of speeds you choose (see below). Slowest speed achievable: Motor 200 RPM. (Below 300 is not recommended).
Highest speed: 3,500 RPM. Setting above 3,500 RPM (over clocking) voids warranty.
Soft start is programmable and will be set soft when you receive this motor.
Braking strength is also programmable and will be set as low as possible.
Self diagnostics with fault code chart.
Power went out safety program. The speed control knob must be in the full counter clockwise (stop) position when turned on after a power failure. When turned on the self diagnostic system checks for faults and will not allow the motor to turn on until the speed control knob is turned all the way to stop first.
Cannot be programmed to communicate with any CNC controller at this time.

Limited 90 to 180 day parts warranty. Labor is buyers responsibility:
See details, what's covered and for how long etc below. Shipping both ways for all parts returned for warranty is the buyers responsibility. Parts returned will be inspected for unique identification mark and or abuse. If found to be abuse or missing the identity mark, no warranty exchange part will be provided and buyer will be required to pay shipping to get their parts back. Warranty exchange parts may or may not be new but instead refurbished or demos that I have from previous builds. Warranty starts on the day our records show the system as paid and not the date the item is actually received.

Servo Motor. - I will exchange a defective servo motor for up to 180 days. Buyer must return the motor + the control unit + the speed control switch for inspection and testing. Additionally original packaging such as Styrofoam package inserts must be used to return these parts.

Computer control unit. - I will exchange a defective control unit PCB for up to 90 days. Buyer must return the motor + the control unit + the speed control switch for inspection and testing. Additionally original packaging such as Styrofoam package inserts must be used to return these parts.

Timing pulleys, motor mount and aluminum adapters.
180 days - I will exchange or replace these items at no cost or limited cost to buyer as follows. Buyer will be asked to provide photos. If photos are accepted seller will ship replacement parts at no cost to buyer. If photos are not accepted seller will ask buyer to return parts at buyers expense for inspection before seller warranties these parts.

Timing belt and small parts are not covered. Customer alterations and machine work are not covered and may void the above warranty.

Improper instalation or abusive operation is not warrenty.
Buyer has up to 30 days from the time he/she receives this item as shown by tracking to request a return authorization.

Seller usually responds in under 24 hours + buyer will have sellers text only phone number.

Buyer has 15 days ship time to have the return at the sellers address. 15 day period starts when seller issues the return authorization.

Seller will inspect returned system and if it passes, seller will issue a refund of the purchase price less shipping. (buyer pays shipping both ways)

Main components have a unique warranty tamper proof seal and internal water soluble identification mark. No refund will be issued if it is missing or removed.

All original parts and packaging must be returned to get a refund.

Refund will be rejected if we find the motor has been used or abused. At this point the buyer would be required to pay shipping again to get their motor back.

No return authorizations will be issued after the 30 day period.
All after the sale customer support is done by text to the number included in the box.

There is nothing worse then having an expensive item break 2 days after the warranty expires. As long as there is no abuse, we will offer a solution. This often includes parts at cost and free installation. That is as long as you communicate and pay shipping both ways. Yes, we keep control boards in stock for this reason. We also keep motors, belts and every part used to build these in stock. Just contact us and we will have you up and running within days, not 6 months waiting for parts from China.
