This brass shaft sleeve adapts a 5/8" bore pulley with 3/16" key way
to our 15 mm servo motor shaft with 5 mm key way.

Photo 2 shows what comes in the box: Just one adapter, and one half key.

Specifically designed to fit our strait shaft 2 HP servo motors to 5/8" shaft drives and pulleys.

Sleeve Key way slot 5 mm
The key way is 5 X 3/16" half key.

Key way length is apx 32 mm 
These are hand made and will require patience to hand fit.
