This brass shaft sleeve adapts a 5/8” bore pulley with 3/16" key way to our 15 mm servo motor shaft with 5 mm key way.
It comes with 5 mm to 3/16“ key way.

Specifically designed to fit our 1 HP and 2 HP servo motors to US made 5/8" shaft drives and pulleys.

Sleeve length is about 0.900"
Sleeve Key way slot 3/16”
The key way is 3/16" on the 5/8 side and 5 mm on the shaft side.

Key way length is apx .692" 
These are hand made and will require patience to hand fit.
They fit tight and run true
