Motor programming + spindle speeds and Reverse:

The motor speed can be programmed to operate in any range chosen by the user. Between 200 and 4,500 RPM's. Note: Settings are limited to 10 RPM intervals.
The full range of speed (RPM's) can also be controlled with just the speed control knob.
Speed control programming only requires a few easy steps.
Reverse is simple, just push the blue latching button.
Programming includes the ability to set bottom and top RPM range separately. In other words you can program the system to run the spindle at any speed or range of speeds you choose (see below).
Slowest speed achievable: Motor 200 RPM. (Below 300 is not recommended).
Highest speed: 4,500 RPM. Soft start is programmable. This program is very effective in reducing drive belt wear etc.
Braking strength is also programmable.
Self-diagnostics with fault code chart and programming instructions.
Safe turn on system where the speed control knob must be in the full counter clockwise (stop) position before the motor will restart after a power failure.

My personal testing results: Runs best from 300 to 4,500 RPM's. Speeds under 300 RPM will lose torque. Heavy load and low RPMs restricts fan speed so extra cooling on motor such as heat sinks could be required.

Physically the exterior dimensions are identical.

A 750 weighs in at 4.39 pounds. A 900 weighs in at 5.01 pounds.
The difference being an additional .62 pounds of copper winding's and magnet mass.

A 750 will run up to 4,500 RPM's and is better for high speed operation
A 900 will run up to 3,500 RPM,s and has more torque at low speeds.

Parts returned will be inspected for unique identification mark and or abuse. If found to be abuse or missing the identity mark, no warranty exchange part will be provided and buyer will be required to pay shipping to get their parts back. Warranty exchange parts may or may not be new but instead refurbished or demos that I have from previous builds. Warranty starts on the day our records show the system as paid and not the date the item is actually received.

Servo Motor. - I will exchange a defective servo motor for up to 180 days. Buyer must return the motor + the control unit + the speed control switch for inspection and testing. Additionally original packaging such as Styrofoam package inserts must be used to return these parts.

Computer control unit. - I will exchange a defective control unit PCB for up to 180 days. Buyer must return the motor + the control unit + the speed control switch for inspection and testing. Additionally original packaging such as Styrofoam package inserts must be used to return these parts.

Improper instalation or abusive operation is not warrenty.
Items costing less than $15 each are not returnable.

No reason is required.

Buyer pays shipping both ways.

Buyer provides tracking number that shows the item is in possession of the return shipping company before the 30 day time period runs out.

30 day time period starts when tracking shows original order as in possession of USPS.

Buyer to provide tracking # and shipping company name to be e mailed to servomotorkit@gmail.com within 36 hours of when issued.

Return must be shipped through USPS, UPS or FedEx.
