Electronic overload programmable protection device

Used to monitor amp draw and shut down the system in the event that something jams. These are on very limited availability and only sold after communication with buyer. Therefore, ask before you buy. Make note: All machines last much longer when you run them the way they were designed to run. If your machine keeps overloading and shutting down - It's likely not the machine. More likely the machine is being pushed too hard. Check your tooling. Make sure it's the right cutter for the task and that it is sharp. More power is not the solution. Look up videos on how to perform the task at hand. Programming is required. I will require your name, order number and location purchased That way I can pre-program the main function (amp draw cut out) to match your system.

Functions are all available at the same time:

  1.  Start up delay in seconds.

  2. Recovery delay after cut out.

  3. Timer mode on/0ff. (run time - cool down time).

  4. Timed time.

  5. Set over Voltage protection (cut out if your supply voltage too high).

  6. Restart when voltage returns to specified range.

  7. Low voltage protection (cut out if voltage too low).

  8. Set restart when voltage returns to specified range.

  9. Voltage cut out delay (seconds) to auto reset.

  10. Voltage correction. Yes you can adjust your supply voltage +/- about 5 volts.

---------------- continued below (add a 1 - 1 is 11, 2 is 12, 3 is 13 etc. ------------------------

  1. Over/under Voltage protection on/off

  2. This is your jam protection. Set as follows: 550W motor 7 amps. 750W motor 8 amps. 900W motor 9 amps. 1500W motor 10 amps. Never set more than 1 amp above recommended settings. If your system keeps shutting down, you are overloading it. Each time it shuts down, it just saved you hundreds of dollars in damages. Check your tools, cutters, bits, technique etc.

  3.  Amp draw cut out delay (set at 0.1)

  4. Current count (don't ask)!

  5. Current correction (don't correct).

  6. Frequency correction (yes you can change the Htz but only a little bit).

  7. Active power correction (don't ask).

  8. Temperature upper limit (don't know, likely ambient as there is no plug for a sensor).

  9. Temperature recovery value.

  10. Temperature correction (don't ask)

------------ continued below now in the 20's, add a 2 before each umber --------

  1. # 21 has no value at this time.

  2. # 22 must be set to on for amp and V overload protection.

  3. #23 must be set to on

  4. power saver (do not use)

  5. This is the password. Default display is 112 Do not change the password or you own it because there is no factory reset.

  6. Just cycle through 26 and back to one. This locks the password default or changed
